Ensō is a bespoke, multi-course dining experience hidden in the confines of Deckman’s en el Mogor. We are a true Omakase experience, blended with exquisite and exclusive wine pairings.
We are sharing our story, our love for Valle de Guadalupe, as we guard and caretake its ingredients. We limit our dining experience to eight guests. We are private, we cherish our guests, and we create a couture, custom tailored menu for each service.
We source only sustainable, seasonal, seafood, harvested locally. All of our fruits and vegetables are sourced strictly from our 3 organic family farms.
